Notice of Interest (for all applicants)

If you are interested in pursuing the voluntary separation incentive program, please download and fill out the required application form "VSIP Notice of Interest." Return it, either by U.S. Postal Service or in-person delivery by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, 2018, to the Office of the Provost, Attn.: Stacey Rinnert, University of Kansas, 250 Strong Hall, 1450 Jayhawk Blvd., Lawrence, KS 66045-7518.

Notice of Retirement (for selected applicants)

All applicants will be notified of their status by Nov. 2, 2018. Those whose applications are approved will receive additional materials including a "VSIP Notice of Retirement" form, due by 5 p.m. Nov. 21, 2018. A sample form appears here for review only.

Separation Agreement (for selected applicants)

Approved individuals who return a completed Notice of Retirement Form will receive a Separation Agreement document for review three months before their intended separation date. The final signed Separation Agreement is due in the Provost Office on their retirement date or within the seven days that follow.

Withdrawal Form

For applicants who want to withdraw from consideration in the VSIP. This may be returned at anytime prior to executing the Notice of Retirement form.
