Invitation: State of the Campus Presentation Set for Oct. 28

Dear Colleague,

I appreciate all the thought, care and hard work you’ve invested in the University of Kansas. Your dedicated service and stewardship of our students, programs and our community matters and -is truly impactful.

My first seven months in the role of Chief Academic Officer, Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor have been a whirlwind with opportunities, challenges and successes to reflect on as I move into the first full academic year in this role. It’s been an honor learning more about the inspiring work you are doing, and collectively, we are changing KU for the better.

I invite you to take a closer look at the advances and prospects that lie ahead on our Lawrence and Edwards campuses.

Please join me for the 2026 State of the Campus presentation at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, in the Kansas Union Ballroom. The event will also be livestreamed for those who cannot attend in person.

There will be a social gathering with food and drink immediately after the presentation to continue the conversation and provide an opportunity to connect with colleagues. Please take a moment to RSVP, and let us know if you plan to attend.
