Notice of Interest (for all applicants)
If you are interested in pursuing the voluntary separation incentive program, please fill out the required online application form "VSIP Notice of Interest." The form is due by 5 p.m., Monday, Dec. 1.
Notice of Retirement (for selected applicants)
All applicants will be notified of their status by Dec. 9, 2025. Those whose applications are approved will receive additional materials including a copy of the "VSIP Notice of Retirement" form via email. The VSIP Notice of Retirement form is due by 5 p.m. Dec. 23, 2025. A sample form appears here for review only.
Separation Agreement (for selected applicants)
Approved individuals who return a completed Notice of Retirement Form will receive a Separation Agreement document for review. Participants have a minimum mandatory 45-day review period between when they receive the agreement and before they can submit the signed and notarized document. All retirements must be effective on May 22, 2025. The final signed Separation Agreement must be received by the Provost Office on their retirement date or within the seven days that follow.
Withdrawal Form
For applicants who want to withdraw from consideration in the VSIP. This may be returned at anytime prior to executing the Notice of Retirement form.
