Change Facilitators Committee

The Change Facilitators Committee was charged to build the capacity for organizational change at KU by

  1. applying knowledge from a variety of academic fields within the climate of KU and
  2. providing educational materials and facilitation assistance to campus leaders and groups tasked with effecting the changes that determine the future course of our university.
