Colleagues,

In January, we will launch Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), the business intelligence and reporting component of our Financial Systems Transformation project.

We are offering learning opportunities for Oracle Analytics Cloud to meet the needs of various roles and responsibilities. Please visit the Training & Events page of the fst.ku.edu website for complete descriptions and registration links for the sessions below.

Deans, Directors and Department Chairs
A condensed version of training offered for deans, directors, department chairs and principal investigators to best prioritize the time needed by University leaders to understand the basics of using OAC.

Shared Service Center Staff and Leadership
A specific subset of training developed to tailor training to SSC needs and answer many of the unique questions SSC staff may have.

All Remaining Faculty and Staff (Basic OAC Training)
A demonstration of functionality available to all University faculty and staff, not specifically identified by training sessions listed above.

Planning and Budget Cloud Service (PBCS)
Courses for the Planning and Budget Management Cloud Services Management (PBCS) system will be available in early spring and will be announced separately.

We look forward to introducing Oracle Analytics Cloud to you through the above learning opportunities. Any specific questions or concerns regarding Oracle Analytics Cloud can be sent to fst@ku.edu.

Thank you,

Diane Goddard
Vice Provost for Administration and Finance
