Designate Emergency (weather essential) Employees to HR by Dec. 2
This is to follow up on my recent email regarding the update of Winter Weather Policies and Procedures at http://policy.ku.edu/provost/winter-weather-policies.
In accordance with section 6 of the policies and procedures, unit heads are asked to review and update the list of employees and/or essential departmental functions that have been designated as emergency (“weather essential”) staff and submit the list to Human Resources at firstname.lastname@example.org. This year, we ask that you submit your updates to Human Resources as soon as possible and by no later than Friday, December 2.
