This is to follow up on my recent email regarding the update of Winter Weather Policies and Procedures at http://policy.ku.edu/provost/winter-weather-policies

In accordance with section 6 of the policies and procedures, unit heads are asked to review and update the list of employees and/or essential departmental functions that have been designated as emergency (“weather essential”) staff and submit the list to Human Resources at hrdept@ku.edu.  This year, we ask that you submit your updates to Human Resources as soon as possible and by no later than Friday, December 2.

Thanks for your assistance.  Questions about these updates should be directed to Human Resources (785-864-4946 or hrdept@ku.edu).
