Faculty, Staff, and Students:

I invite you follow the link below to view today's edition of the Provost eNews:

As Provost, I am very thankful for the opportunity to be surrounded by the everyday excellence that exists on our campuses and across the KU community. This Thanksgiving, please accept my heartfelt gratitude for all that you do.

Last Friday, over 225 members of the KU community participated in our first strategic initiative summit. I was overwhelmed by the energy and enthusiasm during this day-long event. In this week’s Provost eNews, our next summit, Promoting Well-Being, Finding Cures is previewed. I encourage you to be planning to attend each of our remaining three summits:

  1. Promoting Well-Being, Finding Cures, Friday, December 2, 2011.
  2. Building Communities, Expanding Opportunities, Friday, January 20, 2012.
  3. Harnessing Information, Multiplying Knowledge, Friday, January 27, 2012.

Remember to RSVP for our second summit, Promoting Well-Being, Finding Cures. As a reminder, you can read more about our strategic plan, including each of the four strategic initiatives, on the Bold Aspirations implementation web site.
