Attached is the May 2011 issue of Diversity Outlook.

The KU 2010-2011 academic year is coming to a close and I hope this was a good year for you personally and professionally. This time of year is a wonderful opportunity for the campus community to recognize, celebrate and honor faculty and staff who make KU a very special place to be. Yet, there are countless others who contribute so much on a day-to-day basis that we all should take the time to say thank you and share our appreciation for what they do to make this a better campus community.

There were several initiatives that the Diversity & Equity office embarked upon this year and without your continued support – directly and indirectly – these efforts could not be accomplished.

Thank you for making a difference at KU.
