The University is fortunate to have a number of individuals who provide services supporting our mission in an unpaid capacity as “affiliates” and “volunteers.” Because of their contributions, affiliates are provided access to specified University services. We have recently included Post-Doctoral Fellows and Research Visitors to the “affiliate” category, necessitating the revision of our Affiliates and Volunteers policy. The updated version is available at https://documents.ku.edu/policies/Human_Resources/Affiliates.htm. Please feel free to contact Ola Faucher (ofaucher@ku.edu), Human Resources and Equal Opportunity, if you have any questions regarding the revised policy.
