Campus Conversation

From Strategic Planning to Strategic Doing

KU’s strategic planning process is well underway and needs campus-wide involvement to move from strategic planning to strategic doing.

During the Feb. 28 Campus Conversation, members of the campus community met to review ideas and insight gathered during previous events and activities. They also took part in an exercise to help determine our master objectives and what needs to happen for KU to be successful.

The Strategic Planning Implementation Team continues to collect input from the task presented at the Campus Conversation. Small groups of faculty, staff, students and other community members are encouraged to view the presentation video and then complete the group assignment (described below) by March 20.
